This is really special unlike the one we have in Singapore or south Malaysia. This place in Trengganu, in East Malaysia..
All the keropok, satar and otak-otak are made by fresh fish meat. This is well-known in this area and already 13 years operating.
Direction
Depart from Awana Kijal, Trengganu,drive toward Kuantan direction about 23KM, you will see 'Kuantan' road signbaord, turn left about 13KM, you will see Kuala Kemaman's road sign,turn left about 1.2KM and you will see a wooden house in your right.
Once you get down from the car, nice fragrant sure will seduce you, alright you should be in the right place. Here>>>

One of the ingredients to made satar are coconut, I think this is really a perfect match. This gives a better taste sweet and fragrant and increase the texture of the food.
